Based in Loders, just outside Bridport, we’re a small, independent roastery with a big focus on flavour, freshness, and local connection. All our coffee is roasted in small batches and delivered at its peak—so it tastes exactly how it should.

I’m Will — coffee lover, founder, and now, proud Dorset local. Fossil Coffee Co. was born from a simple idea: to bring better coffee to the South West, starting from the ground up. I've travelled the world, sampling coffees from all over and I'm using that experience to bring what I believe to be the best coffee out there, directly to your door!
