Welcome to Fossil Coffee Co. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. General
Fossil Coffee Co. operates this website and online store. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you’re engaging in our service and agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time, so it’s worth checking back occasionally.
2. Our Products
All our coffee is freshly roasted. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure everything is accurate, but occasionally there might be a typo, stock error, or pricing slip — we reserve the right to correct these if they occur.
3. Purchasing
By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are using a valid payment method that you are authorised to use.
Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders are only considered accepted once we’ve confirmed them.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via our secure checkout system.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though we’ll always honour the price you paid at the time of your order.
5. Shipping
We ship orders as quickly as possible after roasting. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, but please note these are estimates, not guarantees.
Fossil Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control (like strikes or extreme weather).
6. Cancellations & Refunds

In short: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing will@fossilcoffeeco.com. Once roasting or dispatch has begun, cancellations can’t be accepted.
7. Returns
Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we can’t accept returns once an order has been roasted and shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
8. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled anytime via your account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next roast date to apply to that cycle.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, images, text, and product names — belongs to Fossil Coffee Co. and cannot be used or reproduced without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver quality coffee and great service, but we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Basically — drink responsibly, and don’t blame us if you spill your brew on your laptop.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.
