Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Fossil Coffee Co., every order is roasted fresh to ensure you get the best possible cup — so here’s how our purchase options and cancellations work.
Purchase Options
You can buy our coffee in two ways:

One-Time Purchases – Great if you just want to try something new or stock up when you fancy.

Subscriptions – For those who never want to run out of fresh coffee. You can choose your frequency, pause deliveries, skip an order, or cancel anytime through your account.
All payments are processed securely at checkout, and orders are roasted and shipped as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Changes
Because we roast to order, timing is key:

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email will@fossilcoffeeco.com within 12 hours of placing it.

Once your beans are roasting or your order has been dispatched, we can’t make changes or cancellations.
For subscriptions, updates must be made at least 48 hours before your next roast date to take effect for that delivery.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Pre-orders can be cancelled up until the listed roast date on the product page. After that, we’re already prepping your batch and can’t accept cancellations.
Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved before roasting, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
