We roast coffee fresh to order and aim to get it to you quickly so you can enjoy it at its best.

Processing Times

• Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually roasted and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Rates

• Standard UK delivery: £2.99 per order.

• Orders over £26 qualify for free UK shipping.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Issues

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at will@fossilcoffeeco.com.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers.

• We cannot refund or replace orders placed with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can re-ship it — additional shipping charges may apply.
