The Coffee

Our Signature Decaf is all about proving that great coffee doesn't need caffeine — this is a beautifully balanced coffee with plenty of sweetness and character.

Grown at Finca San Cayetano in the Santa Rosa region of southern Guatemala, this coffee comes from a third-generation coffee-growing farm run by Natchez S.A. The 92-hectare farm sits at 1,250 metres above sea level and, alongside coffee, is also home to banana plants and beehives producing its own honey.

Carefully produced from a blend of Anacafé 14, Caturra, H1 and Obata varietals, this coffee has been selected for its rich sweetness and wonderfully smooth character.

In the Cup

Expect rich salted caramel and creamy sweetness, balanced by a gentle apple-like fruitiness.

Smooth, comforting and incredibly easy to drink, this is a decaf that doesn't feel like a compromise. Whether it's your first cup of the morning or your last of the evening, Finca San Cayetano delivers all the flavour you'd expect from a great Guatemalan coffee — without the caffeine.

18–20g in → 36–40g out | 25–35s extraction — balanced sweetness with smooth texture.

Filter / Pour-Over
16–18g per 250ml | 92–96°C | bloom 30s — highlights clean honey and milk chocolate notes.
