This isn’t your average decaf. Sourced from smallholder farms across Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, this sugarcane-processed decaf brings real character and a smooth sweetness to every cup. A blend of Red and Yellow Catuai varietals grown in volcanic soils at ~1,200m, it’s crafted to give you full flavour without the caffeine.

Every lot in this blend is selected for body, aroma and natural sweetness — making this decaf delicious whether you’re pulling shots or brewing filter. The EA (ethyl acetate) decaf method uses naturally derived sugarcane compounds to remove caffeine while preserving flavour — so you’re left with real coffee taste and none of the jitters.

Brewing Recommendations

Espresso
18–20g in → 36–40g out | 25–35s extraction — balanced sweetness with smooth texture.

Filter / Pour-Over
16–18g per 250ml | 92–96°C | bloom 30s — highlights clean honey and milk chocolate notes.
