The Coffee
House Blend brings together three exceptional coffees from two of South America's most celebrated coffee-growing origins.
At its core sits Catuaí 62 from Rio Brilhante in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil — a 2,000+ hectare farm led by Inacio Carlos Urban, recognised for rigorous quality control and sustainable innovation. Grown at 1,050m and patio-dried for around 23 days, it provides sweetness, body and structure.
Layered into this is Yellow Catuaí from Fazenda Rio Verde in Brazil's Serra da Mantiqueira. Part of Ipanema's Premier Cru project, these high-elevation lots are selectively harvested and carefully dried to preserve their balance and depth, contributing caramel sweetness and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
Completing the blend is a fully washed lot from El Cedrillo in Cajamarca, Peru, grown by Osmer Cruz Guerrero at elevations reaching 1,850m. Selected as one of the standout coffees from the region by Alpes Andinos, the lot is produced using meticulous hand-picking, extended fermentation and slow drying on raised beds. The result is a clean, vibrant coffee that brings clarity and subtle fruit character to the blend.
