Grown high in the steep, fertile slopes of Rumudamo in Ethiopia's Sidama region, this exceptional lot is produced by around 600 smallholder farmers who deliver their carefully harvested cherries to the Rumudamo Washing Station.
At elevations reaching over 2,300 metres, the combination of altitude, climate and meticulous fully washed processing creates a beautifully expressive Ethiopian coffee, balancing vibrant fruit with sweetness and depth.
In the Cup
Expect bright notes of blood orange and delicate florals, balanced by a rich, creamy sweetness reminiscent of chocolate cream. A vibrant and elegant cup that showcases exactly why coffees from Ethiopia are so highly regarded.
