House Roast brings together two exceptional Brazilian coffees:
From Cerrado Mineiro, Catuaí 62 from Rio Brilhante — a 2,000+ hectare farm led by Inacio Carlos Urban, known for rigorous quality control and sustainable innovation. Grown at 1,050m and patio-dried for around 23 days, it delivers structure, sweetness, and clarity.
Layered into this is Yellow Catuaí from Serra da Mantiqueira, harvested from high-elevation glebes at Fazenda Rio Verde. Part of Ipanema’s Premier Cru project, these lots are selectively hand-picked and dried with meticulous precision to protect their depth and balance.
Both naturally processed, both grown above 1,000m — this blend is built on altitude, sweetness, and control.
